Field spraying tests were performed with iRTA autonomous robotic platform, as part of the ESMERA Project steep slope vineyard spraying challenge. Evidently, iRTA is well underway to demonstrate a mature robotic solution for next season’s trials.

Installation of the spraying module
The Smart Farming Technology group of the Agricultural University of Athens has installed the new high-end spraying module on the iRTA platform. More developments will follow soon on the navigation and perception system of the robot by the project partners.
